You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipl login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vipl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
vipl reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where vipl has reason to believe that the player has violated these Terms or applicable law.
vipl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the vipl platform and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. vipl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts not registered in the player's name may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification may not be able to process withdrawals. vipl processes GCash withdrawals within one to three hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
vipl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

vipl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the vipl platform without prior written consent from vipl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your vipl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vipl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if vipl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vipl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. vipl is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime , technical failures, or circumstances beyond vipl's reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
